In the ten years prior to his death in 2011, Ron Joseph shared his extensive knowledge of both technical aspects of painting and the details of regulatory requirements. Professionals and amateurs submitted questions, and Ron provided his answers. The Paints and Coatings Resource Center made the Ask the Expert” resource available to the general public, and it has become one of the Center’s most popular resources.

The PCRC has prepared a new Browse by Topic feature to help visitors locate the specific items of greatest interest to them among the thousand-plus question and answer items in the archive. A list of topics appears below. Selecting any of the topic areas will return a list of items relevant to the chosen topic.
