For toilet partitions, is baked enamel equal to powder coating for serviceability, durability, etc. A. In my opinion baked enamels perform similarly to powder coatings for toilet partitions. The selection of the resin system is important and of-course surface preparation is critical to both applications. I have seen powder coating systems fail catastrophically when the application was poor and the vendor had been lax with regard to surface prep and oven curing. However, if you go to a reliable powder coating contractor you should expect outstanding long term performance and serviceability. Best wishes, |
