Painting Showers and Bath Tubs

Q. I'm trying to find a paint to use on my shower walls (plastic). One that can withstand the hot water and moisture. Going crazy ... I hope you can help!! Thank you.

A. We know there are professional painters that specialize in painting shower and bath tub surfaces that are guaranteed for long term performance. They use 2 component, catalyzed epoxy coating which are available through industrial paint supply outlets; these are not house paint stores.
