Paint Spray Booth Rules, Regulations & Guidelines

Q. Where do I find the regulatory or technical standards for a paintbooth? We have spent over 5 years trying to comply and there is always another requirement. Thank you in advance for any help you may offer.

A.You will find all of the requirements in National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) Bulletin 33, which you can download for a small fee.

You can also find the regulations under various OSHA regulations which are also available for downloading. Start with 29 CFR 1910.107, 29 CFR 1926.66, 29 CFR 1910.94
