Ask the Expert Question-and-Answer Archive by Ron Joseph July, 2004 Record Keeping Log for Paint Usage Q. We are getting a paint permit and the Texas Environmental Quality agency is requiring us to keep monthly records. I am looking for anyone that may have a log in use that I could copy or make a model from. Any suggestions?
A. Attached is a generic log sheet that you might like to use. You should first read the agency's requirements for recordkeeping and then design the log accordingly. The attached spreadsheet sheet should serve as a useful starting guide. Best wishes,
