Plastering Concrete Block Wall

Q. What can be put on concrete block outside walls to make them look like adobe or a similar surface? Thanks

A. I would use a stucco product to fill the block surface and similate an adobe pattern. The stucco may be troweled on to the block surface and swirled into different patterns.
