Void (Holiday) in Paint Spray Fan

Q. While I spray, no matter what tip I use, it leaves a 2 inch holiday right in the center.

A. In all probability you are using too high an air pressure and it seems as if you are splitting the fan pattern. Try lowering the air pressure and determine if that solves the problem.
